You know that feeling when you ask someone to do something but you’re not convinced it'll happen? You won’t get that with me. I've got a lot of experience project managing jobs of all sizes, so I agree expectations and deadlines right from the start, and I make sure everyone involved knows exactly what's happening at every stage of a project. 

I'm here to get results

I start by spending a lot of time understanding who you are, who your audience is, what matters to you and what you want to achieve. I keep asking questions throughout the job - and encourage you to do the same. And when you give feedback I listen hard, because I care as much as you do about writing that inspires people to act.

I'm upfront about costs

I've been a copywriter long enough to have a very good idea of how long a job will take, so I give you a detailed estimate before we start work and I stick to it. I very rarely need more than one round of amends to get to the words you're searching for (though my quote includes two rounds, just in case). And if the job takes less time than I expect it to, I'll charge you less. Simple.
